Easy Sour and Spicy Fish

Clean and wash the fish, then cut the tomatoes into quarters, cut the capers into sections, and cut the peppers into sections and save for later use.

Add water to the pot, add the washed fish, appropriate amount of salt, monosodium glutamate, and soy sauce.
