Easy to Serve ~ Spicy Bean Curd Pork Slices

1. Preparation materials: pork, tofu, bamboo shoots, sesame oil, chili, etc.

2. Use cooking wine, starch, and salt for pork slices, and chop garlic for later use.

3. Tofu cut into pieces and blanch.

4. Shred green bamboo shoots and blanch.

5. The blanched tofu and green bamboo shoots are spread on the bottom of the bowl.
