If you don't have an air fryer, you can just fry them in a wok. Don't fry the peanuts very crisply at the beginning, and fry them until the peanut skins are slightly cracked. They will become brittle after a little bit of cooling.

Tips:
The method of mixing rice noodles is very simple. You can eat it both cold and hot. If the weather is very hot and you like to eat it cold, you can mix it with cold after it is blanched.
