The comprehensive spice bag is especially recommended. There are more than a dozen kinds of spices in a bag. There is no need to match them, and they are sold in supermarkets.

I usually cook the soup with the lowest heat, so small that the soup doesn't boil very much. Keep this kind of simmering state for more than 3 hours. Don't ask me why it takes so long, you will understand if you cook enough time and take a sip.

Tips:
