Egg-boiled Beef

Cut the beef into thin slices with a top knife. Pick a bigger egg

Soy sauce, salt, chicken essence, pepper, meat tenderizer, cooking wine, sugar, put in the beef meat and marinate evenly for about 20 minutes.

Knock the eggs into a large bowl, add an appropriate amount of salt, and stir completely for later use.

Heat the pan with cold oil. The oil is slightly wider. Pour the beef, stir quickly, and remove the color when it changes.
