Egg Custard

Beat three eggs into the bowl.

Add some salt.
3.
Beat the eggs.
4.
Add cool boiled water and continue to beat evenly.
5.
Floating foam.
6.
Cover with plastic wrap, pierce the eyes with a toothpick, and steam in a steamer for 10 minutes.
7.
For the finished picture, top with light soy sauce on the steamed egg custard.
