Egg Enchiladas

First prepare the ingredients you need: flour, eggs, corn kernels, sweet salad dressing, cooking oil, salt, and water.

After beating an egg, add water and a little salt (you can leave it alone).

Pour the egg liquid into the flour and stir to make a thinner batter.

Spread a thin layer of cooking oil on the electric baking pan, pour the batter and spread it evenly, sprinkle a little corn kernels.

Cover the pot and turn on the top and bottom heat, about 8 minutes or so, open it, and put on the salad dressing.

Then roll the pie and cut it with a knife.
Tips:
Whether you want it to be soft or crispy, adjust according to your preference. After turning off the heat, cover the lid and simmer more and it will become soft. If it is crispy, just boil it without simmering.
