Egg Filling
1.
Add appropriate amount of hot water to the flour and stir it into a snowflake shape.
2.
Knead the flour into a dough, dip a little water on the surface, cover with plastic wrap, and wake up for half an hour.
3.
Heat the oil in advance and let it cool, add flour and stir to make a puree, then add a proper amount of salt, pepper powder, and salt and pepper, and stir evenly to make a shortbread. (Cold oil can also be used)
4.
Shred potatoes and carrots, soak them in cold water after two passes, and set aside. (A good knife can also be cut!)
5.
Divide the ham into four and set aside.
6.
After the dough wakes up, divide it into small doughs of even size (I forgot to take pictures), roll them into oval dough pieces, put them in the pastry, and spread them evenly.
7.
Fold in half in the middle, and start rolling with one end.
8.
After the roll is finished, press it into a pattern, and then roll it into a thin dough.
9.
Beat the eggs with a small amount of salt for later use.
10.
Put oil on the bottom of the pan, heat the oil (50% to 60% heat is enough) and put it into the rolled crust. Fry slowly on low heat. Turn the crust over after it is formed.
11.
After frying both sides until slightly yellowed, use chopsticks to open one of the sides, pour in the beaten egg liquid, it does not matter if the egg liquid flows out, after all, we are not a professional.
12.
After pouring in the egg liquid, slowly fry it to golden brown on both sides, turning the crust three or four times in the middle. The specific decision is based on the size of the past. Be sure to have a small fire, because the fire is easy to scorch, and the inside is not easy to be cooked.
13.
Put oil on the bottom of the pot without too much oil. After the oil is hot, pour in the shredded potatoes and carrots and stir fry.
14.
Add appropriate amount of salt, pepper powder, salt and pepper, and chili noodles (salt and pepper, chili noodles can be left alone, according to your own taste) and stir fry for a few times. It doesn't take too long. You can taste it, and just cook it.
15.
Wash the lettuce in advance, it is best to dry the water or shake off the water after washing.
16.
After the potatoes and carrots are fried, serve them out, put a little oil on the bottom of the pan, and fry the sliced ham. (You don’t need to fry the ham, I personally think it’s better to fry it)
17.
Spread the sweet flour sauce on the crust (you can also use other sauces, according to your own taste), put on the lettuce, fried potatoes and carrots, and fried ham, and roll it up. (If you put too much stuff, it’s not easy to roll it up, just fold it in half.)
18.
Finished picture. (So the ingredients increase or decrease according to the amount of flour, and you can also add your favorite side dishes according to your taste)
