Tips:

1. Hot noodles to make pancakes, the taste will be softer.
2. Knead the dough fully and evenly. Knead while waking up, and it will be fine in a few minutes.
3. The pancakes should be as thin as possible.
4. The side dishes are more casual, so choose the ingredients of the sauce according to your preference.
