Egg Fried Rice

First heat the oil, about 100 degrees, pull the oil back, then pour in the eggs, turn on the medium heat, and break the eggs in the pan. Pour the rice, stir, and blend.

Then stir fry, pour in salt, flavor, chicken, stir, pour in light soy sauce, stir.

Take out the plate, take out the bowl, pour the fried rice with the fried egg into the bowl, flatten it, and then place the plate flat on the mouth of the bowl. When it comes back, gently pat the side of the bowl, and then sprinkle with chopped green onion.
