Egg Fried Rice

Prepare the ingredients. A bowl of rice. Potatoes, green and red peppers, green onions, and ham, all diced. Filter the potatoes with cold water three times to wash out the starch and dry it. Stir the eggs well and set aside.

Put water in a hot pot, pour the potatoes in after boiling, blanch them again, remove them with cold water, and set aside.

Put oil in a hot pan, pour in the eggs, fry them, and put them in a bowl.

Cut the fried eggs into small pieces.

Heat the pan with oil, add ham, green and red pepper, green onion froth, potatoes, light soy sauce and stir fry evenly when it is 8 minutes hot.

Pour in rice and eggs, add salt and chicken essence, stir evenly, add sesame oil and stir-fry evenly.

Put the fried rice in a bowl, compact it and buckle it on the plate. It's ready to eat.
