Egg Fried Rice

Wash and dice carrots and cucumbers, dice beef, put chopped green onion in the eggs and add a little salt to beat them~

Steam the rice and let cool (the rice is best to be scattered with a spoon, and it will be easier to stir in the pan later)

Warm the pan with cold oil (a little more oil)

Pour the oil into the egg liquid and stir fry a little

Pour the beef and stir fry

Pour in diced carrots and diced cucumbers, stir fry, add a little salt

Pour in rice, add a little salt and stir fry

Stir-fry until the rice spreads~
Tips:
I cook for three people, and use more rice or something. Pour more oil for fear of sticking to the pan. You have to put less salt every time. The first time I make it, I put too much salt... Also, it’s not easy to stick to the pan when the rice is steamed hard and fry. Right~
