Egg Fried Rice

Beat an egg into the rice overnight.

Stir the rice and eggs with a rice spoon, so that each grain of rice is coated with egg liquid.

Cut carrots into small cubes, and chopped green onions.

Put a tablespoon of oil in the pot, add diced carrots and fry until the surface is white, remove and set aside.

Put an egg into the pot, no need to put oil, there is still oil when frying the carrots just now.

Use a spatula to scatter the eggs, add half of the chopped green onion and sauté until fragrant.
7.
Pour in the rice and slowly stir-fry for a few minutes over a medium-low heat, as far as possible until the rice is scattered.
8.
Pour in diced carrots, season with appropriate amount of salt, and stir-fry evenly.
9.
Put the remaining chopped green onion and stir fry to turn off the heat.
