Steamed buns are the absolute staple food of northerners. Breakfast is wrapped in golden eggs, paired with chives or leeks, fried in a pan, and then a bowl of porridge. This is done for a simple breakfast.

Egg Mantou Slices

1. Prepare the ingredients and cut the steamed buns into thin slices

2. Wash and chop the leeks,

3. Beat the eggs into a bowl of crushed leeks and add a little salt

4. Add a little water and stir well

5. Put the steamed buns into the beaten egg mixture and dip the egg mixture on both sides

6. Add a little oil to the pan and heat

7. Add slices of steamed buns and fry

8. Fry until one side is browned, flip and fry the other side

9. Fry until golden on both sides and time-controlled dry oil, use chopsticks to pick out and put on the plate.
