Egg Skin

Add appropriate amount of water to the starch, stir into water starch, then add a small amount of salt and cooking wine, seasoning to remove fishy

Beat two eggs in the water starch and mix well

Heat the pan over a low heat and brush with a small amount of cooking oil with a brush

Pour the evenly stirred egg mixture into the pot and spread it into egg skins

The spread egg skin can be used whole or chopped for later use.
Tips:
When spreading the egg skins, be sure to use a low heat, not too much oil, so as not to affect the taste of the egg skins
