Egg Tomato Noodles

Homemade noodles.

Heat the pan with cold oil and scramble the eggs first.

Pull the egg steak aside, and sauté the green onions.
4.
Add tomatoes and sauté the red oil.

Add water to a boil. Next, add salt and light soy sauce to taste before turning off the heat, and add the cucumber shreds.
6.
Out of the pan.
