Egg Yolk Crisp

Melt the butter

Add eggs and sugar (leave a little egg liquid for use when painting the surface)

Add baking powder and salt and mix well

Sift in low powder

Sift the boiled egg yolks with a sieve and add

Flip up and down, and mix into a smooth dough, let hair for about 20 minutes

Divide evenly into 11 green bodies, and put them into the baking tray after the balls

Flatten it gently

Brush the egg liquid with a fine-bristle brush

Sprinkle some black sesame seeds

After preheating the oven for 180 degrees, put it in the middle and lower layer and bake for 10 minutes

Then put the middle and upper layer and bake for 8 minutes

Take out the baking tray, let it cool naturally, and serve immediately
Tips:
1. Don't knead the noodles excessively to prevent tendons, just form a dough.
2. As long as you sprinkle sesame seeds, use egg wash, otherwise the sesame seeds will fall off easily.
