Eggplant Claypot

Prepare the required materials [I cut the eggplant in advance].

Wash the eggplant and soak.

Soak shiitake mushrooms in hot water and cut into strips. Cut dried squid into strips. Mince garlic. Minced lean meat.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the soaked eggplant. Pick up the oil control for later use.

Tips:
The eggplant can be soaked with a little salt to soak the eggplant to make it less oily in the later frying process. Stew on a low heat can make the eggplant more delicious. I didn't buy green onions, so I didn't buy green onions. Otherwise the finished product will look better.
