Eggplant Salad

Remove the stalks of the eggplant, cut in half

Mince garlic, mince coriander, mince celery, and dice red pepper
3.
Steam the eggplant over high heat for 20 minutes

Pour in the cut ingredients, add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, white sugar, and mix well
5.
Drizzle on eggplant
