Eggplant Salad

Wash green peppers and eggplants, and steam them in a cold pan over water. Take it out and let cool.

Chop the green pepper and sprinkle the eggplant into strips (Note: Cut the eggplant into sections to steam, which absorbs more water. You can also steam the whole eggplant, and then cut into sections after steaming, so that the finished soup will be less).

Add chopped green peppers.
