Eggplant Salad

Wash the eggplant and set aside
2.
Steam for 8 to 10 minutes, and it’s done.

Tear into long strips for later use
4.
Chopped garlic for later use
5.
Mix vinegar, salt and light soy sauce, mix thoroughly and set aside
6.
Spread the garlic evenly on the eggplant and pour the juice
7.
Just drizzle the hot oil on it
