Eggplant Strips with Sauce

The eggplant is cleaned and the eggplant strips.

Slice garlic.

On high heat, put 2 spoons of corn oil in the pot, about 10 seconds later, add garlic slices and quickly stir-fry for a few times, then add eggplant strips and stir-fry.

Add soy sauce and stir fry a few times, then add soy sauce and stir fry.

About 1 minute, the eggplant strips are sautéed, add a little salt, and stir-fry evenly.

Turn off the heat and serve.
