Eggplant with Garlic

1. Cut the eggplant into strips

2. Put the eggplant strips in the steamer

3. Steam in a steamer for 15 minutes, let cool

4. Tear off the middle part of the eggplant

5. Arrange the eggplant on a plate

6. Add the right amount of cold sauce

7. Sprinkle the cold sauce evenly
