The oily pine mushrooms boiled at home are used to cook eggplants, which is very delicious! This is my daughter's favorite dish!

Eggplant with Matsutake

1. Eggplant cleaned

2. Cut into hob blocks

3. Pick up the oil pan, it’s slightly better than the usual cooking oil, and sauté the ginger

4. Add eggplant and stir-fry until tender

5. Add oil matsutake

6. Add some salt

7. Add some light soy sauce

8. Add some Ginger sauce

9. Add some sugar and stir well

10. Add some water to boil

11. When the juice is dry, sprinkle with chopped green onion to serve

Tips:

If you don't have Gingerle sauce, just use regular bean paste or sweet noodle sauce! Just adjust the amount of salt according to the situation!
