Eggplant with Old Vinegar (oil-free Version)

1. Peel the eggplant. Cut into sections from the middle.

2. Cut the eggplant into thick slices. Cut 2 pieces of eggplant per section.

3. Put on the steamer. After boiling, count for 8 minutes.

4. Mince the chives, garlic, and red pepper.

5. Find a bowl. Put soy sauce, vinegar, balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt. Mix the sauce and taste the sour and salty taste.
