Eggplant with Sauce
1.
Peel the eggplant and cut into thick strips;

Put the eggplant in the pot and steam for 10 minutes;

The steamed eggplant has become quite soft;

Chop garlic, coriander, green onion and set aside;
5.
Tear the steamed eggplant by hand and set aside;
6.
Pour a little oil in the pot, saute the garlic, a little green onion, and chopped coriander;
7.
Pour all the chopped green onions and coriander into the pot;
8.
Pour the torn eggplant into the pot;
9.
Mix with chopsticks until evenly mixed and serve.
