Elbow Sausage Fried Rice

Peel the carrots, wash and dice.

Dice elbow sausage.

Finely chop the shallots.

Pour the oil in the non-stick pan, add the carrots and stir fry.

Add chopped green onion and stir fry.
6.
Add elbow sausage and stir fry.
7.
Add rice and stir fry.
8.
Finally, add salt and stir well.
Tips:
Add the carrots and stir-fry until soft, then add the shallots and stir-fry, otherwise the carrots will be firmer.
