Flammulina velutipes is a simple quick dish, refreshing and tasty, yet delicious, and rich in nutrients.

Enoki Mushroom

1. Ingredients: Flammulina velutipes, chopped green onion, red pepper ring.

2. Cut off the roots and wash.

3. Boil in boiling water for 1 minute.

4. Put it in cold boiled water to cool it down.

5. Remove and drain the water.

6. Put light soy sauce in a bowl, sugar, balsamic vinegar, monosodium glutamate, garlic water, sesame oil, pepper oil, green onion, and red pepper rings to make a sauce.

7. Pour the sauce into the bowl.
