Enoki Mushroom

Remove the roots of enoki mushrooms and choose a good one.

After the water boils, add the washed enoki mushrooms.

After blanching the water, remove the control water. You can also run it with cold water.

Add cucumber shreds and carrot shreds

Add light soy sauce, vinegar, salt, minced garlic, MSG and sesame oil to taste. You can taste it if you are not sure about the dosage.
