I like the crispy outside and tenderness of the Japanese tofu after being fried and cooked. It is paired with enoki mushrooms, small shrimps and ham. It matches perfectly. There are vegetables and meat, satisfying the tip of the tongue, and another dish that is delicious in color and flavor!"

Enoki Mushroom and Japanese Tofu in Claypot

1. Cut Japanese tofu into small pieces and fry them in a frying pan until golden on both sides.

2. Prepare ham, dried shrimp, and chopped green onion.

3. Put the fried Japanese tofu and ham in a bowl, and add small shrimps.

4. Dice the small peppers and set aside.

5. Put enoki mushrooms in a frying pan, add soy sauce, salt, and a small amount of chicken powder to fry until cooked.

6. Add the fried enoki mushrooms to the pot (you can also use a small pot).

7. All the ingredients are already in the pot! Finally, add the pork slices, stir well and cook for 10 minutes on low heat, sprinkle with chopped green onion and stir to get out of the pan! The color, fragrance and taste are complete.

Tips:

When deep-fried Japanese tofu is deep-fried, it is not easy to rot when it is formed and then turned over.
