Enoki Mushroom and Kelp

Wash the kelp and cook for 6 minutes.

Cut off the heads of enoki mushrooms, wash them, and boil them in water for 2 minutes.

Put the cooked kelp and enoki mushrooms into the prepared cool boiled water and let cool.

Cut the garlic, chili, and coriander.

Remove the kelp enoki mushrooms and drain the water, add half of the raw garlic and coriander to the kelp enoki mushrooms, add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 3 tablespoons of balsamic or white vinegar.

Stir the remaining garlic and chili in a frying pan until it smokes.

Stir-fry and serve.

Pour some sesame oil and mix well. It will be more delicious after freezing.
