Enoki Mushroom with Garlic

Fans soaked softly

Remove the bottom of the enoki mushroom and clean it. Chopped garlic and set aside

Take an empty bowl, put an appropriate amount of soy sauce, oil, salt, sugar, chicken essence, and a small amount of water to dilute the sauce

Take a deep dish and spread the soaked vermicelli on the bottom of the dish

Spread enoki mushrooms on the vermicelli, pour the seasoned sauce, sprinkle half of the garlic chopped on it, and put it in the steamer. I use a cold water pot. After SAIC, I started to steam for about 10 minutes.
