Enoki Mushroom with Lettuce

After removing the roots of enoki mushrooms, rinse them in water.

The washed enoki mushrooms are blanched in boiling water and rinsed for later use.

Wash the lettuce, dry it and chop finely for later use.

Peel the garlic, pat, and chop into garlic paste. Wash the coriander and cut into small pieces.

Put the enoki mushrooms and lettuce in a cold bowl, then add the chopped garlic and parsley.

Add salt, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, and MSG and mix well.
7.
Add the chili seeds and sesame oil, mix well and serve.
Tips:
When blanching enoki mushrooms, they must be blanched, and the seasoning products should be added according to personal taste.
