First, mix low-gluten flour, baking powder and salt through a sieve.
2.
Add corn oil and sugar and beat well.

Add the egg mixture and continue to mix well.
4.
Add the fried black sesame and white sesame and stir well. At this time, add an appropriate amount of water.

Add the sifted flour and knead gently with your hands to form a dough. Do not knead for too long. Cover the kneaded dough with plastic wrap and let it stand for 20-30 minutes.
6.
Divide the loose dough into two portions, put them in a fresh-keeping bag, and roll them into thin noodles with a thickness of about 0.2cm (too thick will not taste good).
7.
Press the dough sheet into a cute pattern with a biscuit model. (The shape is determined according to your preference, not sticking to one pattern)
8.
There are also love patterns.
9.
Spread the pressed small noodles flat on a baking tray lined with greased paper, place in a preheated 170 degree oven, and bake the middle layer up and down for about 15 minutes until the surface is slightly yellow. (Observe at any time to avoid burnt, the temperature of each oven is different)
10.
You're done, let it cool before eating and it will taste even more crispy~~~
11.
Use your imagination, you can put together any pattern you like.
Tips:
1. Because the water absorption of flour is different, please adjust the amount of water as appropriate. Add half of the water first. If the dough is dry and hard, add water as appropriate until the dough becomes a softer dough.
2. When kneading the dough, don't knead it too much, otherwise it will affect the taste of the biscuits.
3. Roll out the dough as much as possible, 0.2CM thickness is more appropriate. The dough will expand properly when it is baked. If it is rolled out thicker, the finished product will be too thick, which will affect the taste. The taste of thin biscuits is crunchy.
