Face Wash Liangpi (xiangxue Noodles)

Soften the flour smoothly and let it rest for an hour! (You don’t know what noodles to use. You can buy Xiangxue’s flour. I’m using it this time! Don’t add the water all at once. You can add it slowly. Stir it with chopsticks until it becomes flocculent. Less, just dip your fist in some water and slowly knead it in! The dough doesn’t need to be too soft!)

Put it in a small bowl that can be put into the dough, pour water directly into it, and start washing your face! While washing, you will find that the water becomes a thick milky white color, so you can pour the water into an empty large basin, pour clean water and then wash your face! (You don’t need to add too much water each time, because we have to collect all of the water to settle! Washing the face is like washing clothes, anyway, it’s okay! It’s okay if you wash it loose, and it will naturally be kneaded together during the last few washes. !)

In the process of washing face, small particles will inevitably be scattered, use a small sieve to click! Use a large basin for each facial wash!

At the end of the wash, the water started to become clearer and clearer, and that's it! This lump is gluten!

Take out the gluten sheet, add yeast powder to soften it evenly, let it rest for an hour! It can be steamed in the pot for 10 minutes!

The water used to wash the face will be deposited for at least 4 hours. If done at night, the effect will be better overnight! There will be a state of separation, it is said that the longer the time, the more chewy, but I found that it will be very chewy after 6 hours of precipitation! Usually I wash it in the morning and cook and eat in the afternoon!

Do not remove the clean water above the facial cleanser, it will be particularly clean, even if it has a little bottom! Then just mix the rest evenly! The sediment below is basically agglomerated, it's okay, stir vigorously! This is the product of "time", "elf" ~ Liangpi water!

Put enough water in the pot and bring it to a boil! Take two flat-bottomed plates, grease them with oil, and scoop the cold skin water that is no more than the bottom of the plates, don't be too thick! Put it in a pot and steam it in less than a minute! (I always steam with the lid covered, it is said that the lid will be more chewy!)

Just make it transparent! Because the bottom of the pan was greased before, it was easy to remove it!

Stack them one by one, and put some oil on each one to prevent it from staining!

Cut the gluten after steaming! All the accessories are ready, the Liangpi cut into strips, I did not take photos, put all the Liangpi inside, and start eating!
Tips:
It is really relaxing to make cold skin by yourself at home. Washing the face is really a venting job, mainly because it is very clean, quite chewy, and the taste is definitely not lost to the outside! It's quite cheap, you can add some bean sprouts, peanuts... Absolutely luxurious version of Liangpi!
