Family Edition Cold Noodles

This is the coriander, eggs, green onions, garlic, coriander, tomatoes and cold noodles

Soak the cold noodles in cold water for four hours

Boil the water in the pot instead of boiling. Put the cold noodles soaked in cold water into the pot and blanch for two minutes

Put the hot cold noodles in a bowl and cool with cold water

We use a basin to dry the right amount of cold water and adjust the soup later.

Tips:
Don't burn the noodles for too long, otherwise the noodles will burn.
