Family Fried Chicken Wings

Wash chicken wings.

Boil in a pot under cold water for 3 minutes to half-cooked, and soak in cold water.

The chicken wings are marinated with salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, sugar, pepper, pepper, ginger slices, and dried chili for 4 hours.

Tips:
Our house has heavy flavors, so many seasonings are used for marinating. If you like the light and original flavor, you can just marinate it with salt and cooking wine.
