Fancy Fried Rice

Prepare 1 bowl of rice and set aside two eggs.

Prepare 1 garlic, 1 carrot, and 5g bok choy for later use.

Wash the vegetables, garlic, and carrots and cut into small cubes for later use; beat the eggs into a bowl, and mix well with an appropriate amount of salt.

Heat the pan with oil and pour the eggs into the pan.

Shovel the eggs with a spatula.

Put the vegetables, garlic, and carrots in the pot and stir-fry them together.

Stir-fry and mix evenly, pour the rice into the pot and fry together, add an appropriate amount of salt.
