Fancy Toast

Put yogurt, egg liquid, salt and sugar diagonally in the bread bucket

Put the bread flour, press a hole, put the yeast powder

Start program 2 "French bread", 10 minutes later, add butter and continue kneading

7 grams of red yeast rice powder, add a few drops of water, and adjust until there is no dry powder

When the dough is kneaded until the butter is fully absorbed, the program is suspended. Take out three-fifths of the dough and add the tuned red yeast rice powder, and continue to knead until smooth (forget to take pictures)
Round separately and set aside

Tips:
The mixed dough is a bit sticky, you can sprinkle a little dry powder on the panel and reshape it, or you can start the program separately to complete the red yeast rice powder. You can replace it with your favorite color
