Farm Stew

Chop and wash the ribs.

Chop the trotters and wash them.

Add scallion ginger, five-spice powder and soy sauce.

Mix well and marinate for two hours.

Cut the corn cob into 5 cm wide sections.

Peel the lotus root, wash and cut into pieces.

Cut pleurotus eryngii into pieces with a hob.

Heat oil in a pan, add the marinated ribs and trotters and stir fry.

Add soy sauce, Magixian, five-spice powder, green onion, ginger, star anise, cinnamon, sugar, water and stir well.
