Farmhouse Fried Pork

Peel a piece of pork belly and cut into slices. Line pepper and millet pepper are cut into hob strips or diagonal strips, depending on your preference. I cut diagonal strips.

Stir-fry the chili peppers in a low heat in a dry pan, fry out the water, add a spoonful of salt, and fry until the tiger skin is ready for use.

Heat oil in a pot, stir-fry pork belly, add 5 grams of garlic and tempeh until the oil comes out.

Stir fry with string pepper, add 15 grams of soy sauce and 10 grams of light soy sauce, add 3 grams of sugar and stir well.
