Fat Choi Egg Drop Soup

Soak an appropriate amount of cold water in the hair dish for later use.

Mince green onion and ginger, shred red pepper, and cut coriander into small pieces.

Season with salt, light soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and sesame pepper powder.

The cornstarch is hooked into thin gorgon.

Beat 2 chai eggs and set aside.

Bring an appropriate amount of water to a boil in the wok.

Tips:
PS: The water can also be replaced with broth to make the soup taste more delicious. Since I mostly fried vegetables and meat, I wanted to drink lighter ones, so I used water.
