Feng Ji Tihua

1. Remember to use pig front hooves! This is the key to success

2. Soak two or two large white beans overnight, then peel them for later use.

3. Bring to a boil in a pot under cold water.

4. Boil for a while to remove impurities from the trotters.

5. Wash the pig's feet after boiling.

6. Pot under cold water, big fire.

7. Add ginger slices and salt and simmer for three hours.

8. Continue to simmer for another hour.

9. Pour the bean paste with hot oil, then add pepper powder, millet, pepper, minced garlic, ginger, soy sauce and vinegar
