Finger Coke Chicken Wings | Air Fryer Version
1.
Wash the chicken wings and make two cuts at the bottom to make it easier to taste, but don't cut the front, which will affect the appearance.
2.
Boil in a pot under cold water for 10 minutes to remove the froth. You can add some cooking wine and ginger slices and cook together. I tried to save trouble and didn't put it.
3.
Pick up, rinse, and drain.
4.
After the air fryer is preheated at 200 degrees, put the chicken wings in and set for 18 minutes. The temperature and time used for different brands of fryer and the size of chicken wings are different and can be adjusted by yourself.
5.
The slightly golden skin is similar to the feeling of grilling, which is great. The air fryer does not need to put a drop of oil. After it is done, the chicken wings will "fry" a lot of oil, which is at the bottom of the pan.
6.
Put cola, rice wine, soy sauce, ginger slices, sugar, and salt into the pot.
7.
Add chicken wings, turn to medium-low heat and cook until the moisture is gradually reduced.
8.
At the end, when collecting the juice, make a low heat, don't go away, watch it, so as not to make the pot.
9.
The cola chicken wings are ready. If you want to make the surface dry, you can put it in the air fryer again and bake it at 180 degrees for another 3 minutes.
Tips:
Because the concentration will increase when the juice is collected, don't put it too heavy when you put the seasoning, it feels a little less, and the taste is just right when the juice is collected.
