I didn’t eat at home for many days during the Chinese New Year. Today, I had a dinner at home and made 16 dishes. I was too rushed to take a picture. Just take a picture of this fish. If you like it:

Fish Every Year

1. A large yellow croaker

2. Clean up and control the water (this fish is too big, much larger than the diameter of the steamer)

3. The pan is smeared with ginger, anti-sticking treatment

4. Add oil to the pan and fry the fish when it's hot

5. After setting the shape, turn it over and fry it and look carefully, there is no broken skin at all.

6. Add sugar at the earliest after frying the golden brown on both sides

7. At high temperatures, cook rice wine, rice vinegar, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, green onion, ginger and garlic along the side of the pot

8. Heat the water so that the water is level with the fish, add some tomato sauce

9. Cover the pot, bring to a boil on high heat, and simmer on low heat

10. Prepare peas and goji berries

11. When one third of the soup is left, add salt, pepper, diced peas and goji berries

12. Collect the juice over the high heat. If there is some soup left, turn off the heat. Sprinkle chopped green onions.

Tips:

The ratio of sweet and sour is 1:1.5, and the tomato sauce is also sour, so the amount of sugar should be flexible. Taste the soup yourself and adjust it flexibly.
