Fish Fillet with Black Beans

Prepare the main ingredients: fish fillet, tempeh, shallots, spicy millet, old ginger, green onions;

After the fish fillet is washed, wipe the water dry, sprinkle with some salt and cooking wine, wipe it well, and marinate for 10 minutes;

Chopped old ginger and green onions; millet is spicy, and green onions are cut into small circles according to its shape; tempeh is chopped;

After the wok is heated, add an appropriate amount of corn oil, and immediately pour the tempeh and sauté until fragrant;

Add the minced ginger and stir-fry the chopped green onion for a fragrance

Add an appropriate amount of oyster sauce;

Then add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce, quickly stir-fry evenly, turn off the heat;

Pour out the fried black bean sauce;

The marinated fish fillets are dried with kitchen paper towels and placed in a steaming bowl;

Pour the freshly fried tempeh sauce. After the water in the steamer boils, move the steaming bowl into the steamer and steam on high heat for 7 minutes;

Serve the steamed fish fillet and sprinkle with chives and millet while it is hot.
Tips:
1. The fish fillet needs to be dried before pickling, and the water needs to be wiped off before pouring the tempeh sauce, otherwise it will not be easy to taste;
2. Oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and tempeh all have a salty taste. When marinating fish fillets, add salt as appropriate;
3. Put the spicy millet and fermented bean paste into a steaming bowl to steam, which is more spicy;
