Fish Flavored Enoki Mushroom

Remove the roots of enoki mushrooms and wash them with water. Add water to the wok to bring to a boil, blanch the enoki mushrooms, rinse the blanched enoki mushrooms with cold water, and drain the water.

Cut the green onions into thin strips.

Soak the fungus with warm water, wash, and cut into filaments.

Now adjust the juice: salt, MSG, sugar, pepper, light soy sauce, starch, tomato sauce, ginger powder, water and mix evenly.
