Fish Flavored Pineapple Chicken

First, dice the pineapple that has been soaked in salt water, dice the red pepper, and chop the green onion and ginger, and prepare the fish fragrant Sichuan sauce

Deboning chicken legs, remove chicken skin, and dice chicken
