Fish-flavored Rice White Pork Shreds

1. Pork cut into thin strips

2. Put it in a bowl, mix well with a little soy sauce, cooking wine, starch and marinate for a while

3. Green peppers, water chestnuts, carrots, and fungus are all cut into thin strips

4. Scallion, ginger and garlic mince

5. Use soy sauce, cooking wine, balsamic vinegar, sugar, and starch to make fish-flavored juice for later use
