Fish-flavored Steamed Tofu

Tofu sliced neatly on the plate

Minced meat is marinated in cooking wine and salt for a while

Stack the minced meat and chop the peppers in order, then evenly drizzle with light soy sauce, put the steamer on high heat and steam for 6 minutes

Turn off the heat, take out the plate, sprinkle with chopped green onion, heat with sesame oil, and pour it on the chopped green onion.
Tips:
There is a small recipe when taking out the internal fat tofu: first cut off the 4 corners of the bottom of the box, so that air can enter it and it can be taken out completely.
